White Stuff backs Lotus Families

12 May 2022

Leading fashion and lifestyle brand, White Stuff, has donated a percentage of its sales from the opening day of their new store in Brighton.

White Stuff opened a new outlet in North Street on Monday 11th April and a quarter of its sales from the launch event have very kindly been donated to Lotus Families.

The donation comes as part of a nationwide package of support to Home-Start UK, by White Stuff, which is designed to empower women to grow, thrive and feel equipped to determine their own future.

Kate Lawrence, CEO, of Lotus Families, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be supported by White Stuff in our work supporting parents in the community who are facing tough times. We help families through a wide range of issues including relationship problems, isolation, anxiety and depression. We are especially proud of our projects that support women experiencing domestic abuse and supporting families adjusting to new arrivals.”

Kate added: “Through our team of trained, compassionate volunteers, peer supporters and expert staff we support local families to build safer, stronger, more resilient relationships through targeted services that encourage clients to make decisions, act for themselves and take back control of their lives.”

A mum who has been supported by Lotus Families said: “What the volunteers do for people like myself is fantastic. I wish that one day I will be able to repay what they do and become a volunteer myself.”

We are very grateful for the support of White Stuff and wish their new store every success in Brighton!
