We understand that domestic abuse does not discriminate, which is why we are working with Brighton Switchboard to develop an LGBT+ quality standard to ensure our services are welcoming and relevant to the LGBT+ community.
As part of this work, Brighton Switchboard have reviewed our policies, and given guidance on how to make them more inclusive to the LGBT+ community.

We have also adapted our new parenting course to be more inclusive. Being Family is now open all primary carers, not only mums as it was previously.

As important as Pride month is, we will ensure we consider the LGBTQ+ community all year round.
